The Music Team Questionnaire
A questionnaire is a helpful way of being aware of what God has given your church. Each year at church we make a general call inviting people to serve on the music or sound team. Everyone who registers their interest receives a questionnaire asking for details such as previous experience and training, and what additional areas of training they would like. It’s also a great way to find gear people have hidden away somewhere.
Collect the questionnaires and use them to organise appropriate rosters. By appropriate I mean matching the level of difficulty of songs you chose with the abilities of the musicians you have, matching inexperienced people with experienced people, and making sure you can borrow enough gear for what you plan to do each week.
